"Yesterday, another place I called didn't have the pump I wanted in stock, and said I couldn't get the pump for about 8 months. From Pump Products, I ordered yesterday and have it today.
I also need a seal kit for a Grunfos pump, and have been trying to find it for a month. The local pump dealer said he would see if he could find one, and never called me back. Pump Products has it in stock, and I will have it next week."

But it would blow the breaker if you tried to turn it on. I checked it out and the electric motor was way too tight. It was stuck tighter than my underwear at this point. So, I called and was told to call Gould’s about the problem. Well, I bought it from PumpProducts not Gould’s.
After cooling off, I called back and a nice person answered this time, and sent me to the warranty department, where I met Cris. He had me send it to Xylem to have them confirm that it didn't work, and the shipping cost was on me, but might be refunded if it was defective. So, I was out the cost of the pump, the big bucks for me to ship it back and I had No Pump. My underwear tightened up again. A few months later Cris contacted me and said they were sending me a new pump and were refunding me my shipping cost.
That is the Readers Digest version. Cris worked on this endlessly and in my opinion is the world’s best.
Some of the people at PumpProducts are rude and some are wonderful. Just don't let the nasty ones take up space in your brain, because the nice ones make this a great company.
I am now, 6 months later… 100% happy.

"Ordered a pump online in October and went to chase delivery by phone 3 weeks later to be told the pump would be available in January or later. When I asked why I wasn't contacted to advise that they said simply they were not a "corporate" company and only employed 9 staff and couldn't possibly be expected to keep track of all the orders they had. Says alot of their order processing systems ! No alternative offered. I cancelled and was told refund would be 10 days. Chasing that refund they just hang up. Appalling customer service. Stay clear of this company. Bought elsewhere from stock."

"All problems should be this easy to solve, especially when it happens on a Friday. I realized my radiant floor heat wasn't working when I got up on Friday morning, the water wasn't circulating. It's freezing outside and not going over 50. I had the 20 y.o. Bell & Gosset circulation pump disconnected and apart only to discover iron build up was crusted so thick the fan blades were destroyed. I called Pump Products because they are in my tri-state area. The first person I spoke with in sales found the replacement pump I was looking for. It was shipped from a nearby location that afternoon via Fed Ex. $15 for shipping. I had the part at 10am Sat. morning. Tank and lines flushed, new pump installed and my system was up and running by 11:30. Thanks! The heat is on and my wife is happy :¬)"
