A little push to buy extra items and service policy, but backed off immediately when requested. Extra charge for insurance a surprise, but it makes sense on such an expensive item. Overall very satisfied. Update...called the day before shipping to make sure it was a convenient time. I will definitely try to buy from them again - great seller!"

The salesmen wearing the Rainbowtronics hats are not lying and insulting in the manner of the USAPhotonation salesman. Rainbowtronics bribes customers with free gifts in exchange for on-line reviews. Of course your order is not shipped till the reviews are completed and evidence provided. By this time, you are worried that if you provide a bad review, you will never get your order. In summary I eventually did get my order. It was painful. Keep in mind the same unethical people who operate RainbowTronic run USAPhotonation. Do you want to entrust your money to them? By the way the "free gifts" were pretty cheesy and in total not worth $2."
