The other was an exhaust system and they sent side exit when I ordered dual rear exit. Very frustrated and their return service is taking a while. Probably won’t ever shop here again."

"2022 GMC 2500 HD. Purchased the Bak G2 after reviewing the product specs and speaking to one of the sales reps. The product arrived damaged with small dents on the underside. However I did not realize until I had it on the truck. The track drain tube was also to large in diameter but I thought I could work something out. It rained overnight and I was surprised to find that the cover had leaked right in the middle of the bed along one of the seams. Needless to say I decided to return the product and fortunately had kept the box. It's being replaced with an Undercover Flex - Michelle in service was great making the return and exchange happen. "
