"Well, the delivery was OK, it arrived safely. But, my delivery instructions (on app & website) were not followed as to were to drop it off at our place. Glad it was nice weather out. I even wrote deliveries to side door in chalk in large letters right where he dropped it off. Sigh
Also, first it said will be delivered on Monday & then Tuesday that was changed to delivering on Wednesday. Still pretty fast shipping, wish they wouldn't have said Monday first though. Got me excited! LOL!"
"Called on the 26th to place an order on some romik rec-t black running boards. Reviewed email that was sent to me only to find out that the wrong side steps were ordered. Called Monday & and spoke to Talija H. and thought the order was corrected according to our conversation. The wrong part was still delivered and no one from the return team has contacted me. How funny is it that I get this survey on how my experience was regarding my purchase. Called today and spoke to Anthony only to find out that a return/ refund was never initiated in order to fix the problem. He stated that he would need to update and send the info over to the return team so now I have to speak to someone one else and also wait until next Tuesday for someone to f***ing contact me in order to fix my issue. Last time I will be ordering from here. "
