"Their site clearly indicates free returns within 30 days. It has been frustrating to say the least to return floormats for my vehicle. The floormats did not fit, and trying to return them has been god awful. I sent numerous pictures, they wanted more. If there are free returns, it should make no difference. Have been on the phone with them twice, and over three weeks have close to a dozen emails. Would not do business with again nor recommend. "

Although I think everything is fine I don't think it is acceptable to sell someone a used component when they are purchasing something that is supposed to be brand new."
