"Ordered mud flaps front/rear for non factory fender flares received rear correct front for fender flares had to wait another 10 days. Ordered step bars not enough nuts and bolts, pass side ok drivers side bar missing nut in the tube to connect to frame hardware. R T says manufacture issue after sending 4 pics to prove issue and 9 emails to figure out what’s going on, the fix is R T sending a blank step with rubber pads for me to stick on where I need them. Asked for a return label to send steps back and was rudely told that’s not going to happen, and the Non Customer Service person Charranda closed the ticket as resolved. Still don’t have my step still waiting. Please, please, for peace of mind, find another company to buy truck parts from. There are many companies other than R T that sell the same parts you want for your hot rod. "

Ordered bumper step and running boards. Got bumper step, but after 3 weeks canceled the running boards and ordered those from another company. Got notice on the day I received the running boards, that RealTruck was shipping the running boards that I had canceled. Called and their excuse was that they couldn't cancel the shipment. Refused the shipment and sent it back. It has now been a month and no refund. This is not a reputable company. Buyer Beware when it comes to using this company."

After two weeks I finally just cancelled the order as it still showed "pending", has been several days and it appears the competency level for returns matches that of their shipping. If I would have known they were in the running for worst company ever I would never have even visited the web site. Do yourself a favor and don't believe their lies and do order from ANYWHERE else!!"

A week and a half later after many unanswered calls I was informed that it was on back order and would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. After a month and still no tracking number and many phone calls I was informed it would be 2 months. At this point I said forget it I want a refund. But this order has taken so long I've actually moved and changed bank accounts and instead of taking my new info so I could get a refund they told me they would have to send me a check and that would take 3 to 4 weeks to process. After getting the runaround for over a week from REALTRUCK I contacted EGR by sending them an email.
Less than two hours later the replacement was being shipped.

"Do not buy from this company. Ordered a bull bar from them, cost 439.00. I ordered the part the sales rep said would fit my make and model. The part arrived but it was the wrong part number and would not even come close to fitting my car. Called real truck, tried to return and exchange part for the correct one.
Never got a real person. However got an e-mail from my assigned rep, Jessica H. ext 1451, saying they had to get permission from the Chinese manufacturer to return the incorrect part THEY SENT BY MISTAKE. Two weeks down the road and they will not return my calls. I have spent more time trying to chase this down than the 439.00 is worth. BUYER BEWARE, you have been warned. Next stop the better business bureau and to raise some hell on the internet.
