Then they provide some lame excuses about selling out right before you ordered it. And to top it off, they take your money as soon as you order the product, imagine not having an item in stock, no idea when you will have it in stock and still taking your customers money. I advise any and everyone to order from somewhere else, realtruck.com is by far my worst on-line buying experience."
"Purchased an item 12/31/20, as of 3/26/21, still have nothing. Many emails back and forth trying to resolve have yielded only a loss of time, and I am out $400 bucks. Credit card company will not do a charge back beyond 60 days. What a rip off.

"ordered a bumper from real truck that was listed in stocks and ships in 7 to 8 days. A week and a half later after many unanswered calls I was informed that it was on back order and would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. After a month and still no tracking number and many phone calls I was informed it would be 2 months. At this point I said forget it I want a refund. But this order has taken so long I've actually moved and changed bank accounts and instead of taking my new info so I could get a refund they told me they would have to send me a check and that would take 3 to 4 weeks to process. So they will have had my Money sitting in there bank for over two months without delivering $#*!. OH AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY STILL HAVE THE SAME PRODUCT LISTED IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP IN 7 TO 8 DAYS. "Ordered parts, received the parts in good condition but there was an error in packaging by the manufacturer (EGR).
After getting the runaround for over a week from REALTRUCK I contacted EGR by sending them an email.
Less than two hours later the replacement was being shipped.
I would buy product from EGR but never anything from REALTRUCK...

"Do not buy from this company. Ordered a bull bar from them, cost 439.00. I ordered the part the sales rep said would fit my make and model. The part arrived but it was the wrong part number and would not even come close to fitting my car. Called real truck, tried to return and exchange part for the correct one.
Never got a real person. However got an e-mail from my assigned rep, Jessica H. ext 1451, saying they had to get permission from the Chinese manufacturer to return the incorrect part THEY SENT BY MISTAKE. Two weeks down the road and they will not return my calls. I have spent more time trying to chase this down than the 439.00 is worth. BUYER BEWARE, you have been warned. Next stop the better business bureau and to raise some hell on the internet.

It appears they were once a good company, but something about COVID-19 impacted their company and they aren't being truthful about products they have and don't have in the inventory. I recommend you submit a complaint with the North Dakota, Florida, Michigan attorney general office, as well as FBI and FTC. Realtruck is registered in North Dakota, their parent company, THI E-COMMERCE, LLC, is registered in Florida and have principal mailing address in Michigan. I'm in contact with the attorney general's office and they say they haven't heard any complaints about Realtruck, so the more people who complain, the more they will look into it. I believe they are breaking the law with fraud, misrepresentation, and collusion. "

Customer service will straight up avoid you or use stall tactics in order to be unable to cancel your order and steal your money. They don't call you back and if they contact you it's not which ever preferred method you requested... I have purchased Gator retractable cover on their website. I didn’t know that they honor and provide discounts to Military Veteans and have completed the purchase. Shortly after, within a few hours, I found out that they offer a discount of 10%. I contacted Real Truck via chat and spoke to Greg G. I have told him that I placed the order and wanted to know if they can still apply the discount. Greg and the company went above and beyond and made sure that the 10% would be refunded to me. Normally, once you place the order - there is no way to get the discount. The company also sent me the items and I have received them within a few days. Fantastic customer service, top quality products and great prices."
