"Bought running boards. Boards are great but brackets are missing hardware. Big runaround and lots of time trying to get hardware. Everyone there seems so confused. Made me buy another set of brackets to get hardware but now the tell me they can’t get brackets due to backorder. Several phone calls and emails just to discover I have to return the whole thing. "

Sent in pictures of damage and within promised time I had replacement on the way. Only problem was instructions showing difference between left and right side the drawing was a little too small. "This company is nothing but a front for a scam. If you actually purchase anything from them you'll get an email confirming and that's the last you'll hear from them. If you reach out and contact them to inquire you'll be told 7-10 days and your order should ship. you'll wait 7 to 10 days and then when you call them or contact them again you are told your order is not in stock and they're going to have to cancel your order. Good luck getting your money back. I personally am not waiting I'm immediately initiating a charge back on my credit card. Scam Mother#$ckers."

"Their website says in stock which is a lie, i bought a rhino safari roof rack and it says shipped but never recieved a tracking number and they automatically close my dispute as problem solved which is not solved at all!! I still never recieve my correct orders and if you do get something from realtruck.com it is the wrong item. My purchase was through affirm and they took months and months to respond back and finally ruled in my favor with all the evidence i had sent to them and now i do not have any payments. All items refunded."

Got rep on phone who supposedly called warehouse and confirmed tires were available....but told me it could take 7-10 days before they ship. Waited 10 days. TWO days later I get an email that my order can not be filled and it will be ANOTHER 7-10 DAYS to get my money refunded!
