"I ordered caliper covers for two cars and ended up cancelling the order the same day. The more I read about the covers the more it appeared they were cheaply made. I spoke with Aaron at Real Truck Saturday 1/18/20 and he told me to reply to his email saying "please cancel my order" and the order would be cancelled and my $528.88 would be refunded. Monday 1/20/20, I received an email that the covers had shipped. I called and was assigned to Trystin and she informed me that Aaron was in sales and her dept is separate. She said she would send me an RMA and when I shipped the covers back they'd start the refund process. I was upset that they evidently have no internal communication. After several phones and emails she finally sent an RMA. I sent the covers back on the 2/4/20, It is now 2/12/20 and still no refund. So they've held my money for 25 days on an item that never should have shipped in the first place. I will NEVER deal with this company again. Terrible customer service!

"I purchased a tonneau cover for my husband for his birthday. While it shipped quickly, it was not the one he actually wanted. I did not get an email order confirmation, for whatever reason, so tracking down my order # was my first challenge. But the RETURN process is a joke!! I have attempted to do an online chat with the company THREE TIMES, which gets me NOWHERE. I have spoken to their customer service TWICE and all they say is that a ticket has been created and someone will contact me in 1-3 days (possibly longer), to go through the return process. Have you ever heard of a return process like that??? I suspect they will eat up my 30 day window with me chasing them down, all so I then can't return the item!! I should be able to talk to the person with customer service, or on the online chat since they offer it, and have it taken care of immediately! I didn't bother looking at reviews for this company, but I sure wish I had! BUYER BEWARE!"
"I placed an order over the phone on JANUARY 3rd. The item was just under $250 (truck bed gate divider). They charged my card immediately! Who does that these days? Unfortunately, I waited until January 11th to contact them. The person on the phone said to hold on and he would check on the order. His response was "it will ship from the manufacturer on Monday" (2 days later). When I did not hear anything about the item being shipped, I contacted them. I cannot believe it is February 4th and I just received an email from them saying the ticket has been resolved. I filed a dispute with my credit card bank and sent Real Truck an email requesting cancellation of my order - ON JANUARY 20th! When the bank heard about the details and all of the documentation I had they immediately did a provisional credit to my account. It is much easier for me to include the email I just sent to the person at Real Truck for you to read and see the details of what transpired. Here is that email:
I was sitting down to trash you guys when I saw this/these emails. I will be adding to the horrendous “reviews” that we found. Too bad I didn’t see them before I tried to order from Real Truck. Resolved? RESOLVED? You say this 15 days after I asked you to cancel the order…which was 15 days after I filed a dispute with my credit card people – which was 25 days after your email where you said you were going to “follow up with the manufacturer to get a shipping date” – which was after Cieryna could not contact the manufacturer…and her email to me read (partly) “Your case has been assigned to one of our World Class Customer Loyalty Specialists. They are doing a little research and will be in contact soon! A “LITTLE” research? “SOON”? “World Class Customer Loyalty Specialist”? It is laughable that you send an email stating that the request has been resolved 22 days after I filed the dispute with the bank!
And the additional email that reads “Your ticket (XXXXXXX) status has been updated to solved. We hope that we were able to answer all of your questions and concerns in a satisfactory manner!"
“Solved”? “We hope that we were able to answer all of your questions and concerns in a satisfactory manner!” Are you serious? You answered NOTHING from the day the ticket was opened.

"I ordered a rack for a work truck on 12/30/19. On 12/31 I received shipping confirmation. On 1/03/2020 I received an email that it was delivered. I looked around and could not find it anywhere. When I tracked it the site said it was delivered to New Jersey. I live in Virginia. Long story short, I was transferred to three different customer service reps who kept asking for photos of the damaged rack I did not have. Now its it's 1/27/20 a month has gone by and I still have no rack and a new rack has not been ordered. I finally just asked them to cancel the order. "

"I ordered a $250.00 truck cover for my husband back in early November so it would be here on time for his Christmas present It was the wrong one and now they will not take it back because it was after the 30 day return policy from the time I ordered it. They told me I should have put it on- myself- when I got it or given it to him early to make sure it fit ?!?! REALLY ??? It was a CHRISTMAS present !! They refuse to let me trade it for the right one and basically told me "too bad your stuck with it " HORRIBLE company !!! They don't stand by their products and refuse to make any exceptions. The second time I called them trying to get them to trade it for the right one and even offered to pay the shipping to send it back, they wouldn't have been out any money, they told me that it was a discontinued item anyway, and they don't take returns on discontinued items, which it NEVER said on the website when I ordered it !! "Don't buy from this place. I ordered a Diamond Back bed cover they shipped the wrong size. Now trying to get them to exchange it for the correct cover for over a week now. They don't respond to calls nor emails. Had to call Diamond Back directly, thank god this company stands buy there products. Ben a representative from Diamond back stepped up to the plate. I offered to drive the incorrect cover up to them 5 hour drive one way to exchange it in person as Real Truck left me high and dry.
