"I ordered a $250.00 truck cover for my husband back in early November so it would be here on time for his Christmas present It was the wrong one and now they will not take it back because it was after the 30 day return policy from the time I ordered it. They told me I should have put it on- myself- when I got it or given it to him early to make sure it fit ?!?! REALLY ??? It was a CHRISTMAS present !! They refuse to let me trade it for the right one and basically told me "too bad your stuck with it " HORRIBLE company !!! They don't stand by their products and refuse to make any exceptions. The second time I called them trying to get them to trade it for the right one and even offered to pay the shipping to send it back, they wouldn't have been out any money, they told me that it was a discontinued item anyway, and they don't take returns on discontinued items, which it NEVER said on the website when I ordered it !! I offered to drive the incorrect cover up to them 5 hour drive one way to exchange it in person as Real Truck left me high and dry.

"Reached out though the online chat to confirm availability of some bed rails for my GMC Sierra. Online chat confirmed they were in stock, and I should have them within a few days. I paid for the product and away we went. Two weeks goes by - no product and no shipping information. I reach out to support - "Sorry, product was back ordered, wait another two weeks". So, I wait another two weeks - no updates, and no product. At this point, I had waited for over a month and advised them to either deliver the product or refund my purchase. They choose to do neither. I finally had to submit a charge back through my credit card company, who after researching the issue agreed with me and refunded the full amount. Through this entire process Real Truck never once tried to make things right with me, nor even apologized for the issue. Highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere."

They have no ethics, there customer service specialist said to me "we can only keep ur money 5 days after we find out the part u ordered has been discontinued" its 12/30/19 and i have still not gotten my refund"

"I ordered a bed liner and a cover at 10Am on November 27th, 2019. I cancelled the order at 12:20 the same day. I received an email that my order was processed and that they already shipped the product, which I found strange. I asked for the tracking number and they said that they wont have it until the next day from the shipper. I thought that was strange. The next day I received the tracking info and my packages were picked up 4 hours later. After contacting the company, I was told that i would need to go through the return process. I never accepted delivery and here we are on December 17th that I have not received a credit. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! "
