"Online after hours help was great. They did their best to ease my anxiety but they couldn't do much...After many tries to reach a representative at the local store, I finally reached a live person! Unfortunately that person gave me the wrong quote! After I saw the actual quote on-line, I called the store again and they made me feel like I was crazy! I have it all on text and the rep told me I was "confused"... I can't recommend this process to anyone!"

However, I was contacted by Richard who was super friendly, helpful and very professional in answering any question and concern I had with the trading processes, especially when it comes to a Rolex watch. I used to prefer buying handbags or luxury items in the boutique but I really like how rebag has the trading system that no other resellers in the market offer. It helped shoppers like me realized how I need to let go of things I barely touch to get something else that I might enjoy more.
