Let me explain why and, sorry for my English but it’s not my first language. I ordered a Dior mini lady very happy about that and exited I would say so I used Clair trade because I think theoretically it is a beautiful tools to use
Well I trade some bags and of course 2 of them didn’t “met the expectations” now one it was a Saint Laurent uptown pouch in new condition bought just 2 months ago from the Saint Laurent authorized boutique not used the other one was a vintage Fendi baguette in great condition besides the age and I’m finicky with my bags so if I said great it is, well besides the rebag’s right to refuse a bag of course this “accident” I have noticed happens so often when they have to sell to you a piece that may they think it is unfair for them if you use Clair trade and I’m talking about when you purchase the hit bags like Chanel top handle or flaps lady Dior specially the mini or small in excellent condition maybe some Louis Vuitton etc so the most wanted bags here what they do the refuse some of yours bags as a Clair trade to make you pay the difference so they will make a big profit on top so nothing wrong with make a profit but it is wrong when the profit it is higher than the value of the product and when you put people in a spot where they have to feel “pushed “ to make a decision that for sure it’s not fair. they do “trick” the customer a little with this well play plan
Im waiting for an answer back from them manager and maybe depending from what they will deal with my case I will change this review but otherwise I will proceed to leave a detailed video on social media about the experience and I will suggest for sure to use other website like Fashionphile where I always found a very high customer service
