Always taking care of VIP clients

"Rebag updated their discount code while I was transitioning to Diamond status. Hana was able to get me the original discount percentage. I love being able to communicate with a person whenever I have any questions or concerns. She has always been kind and patient with me. For that, I am very appreciative of her and the Rebag experience."

Victor is fantastic in Cust Ser!

"I have not been using Rebag long. It’s been not so great on the selling bags to them side of things. They just aren’t high enough in their pricing for me to part with my investments. (When I know the values of the bags are more than double what they offer.) And they do seem to add a little extra If you talk to them about the pricing or if you’re “vip”. But it’s just way to low overall. However, I have traded my bags for items on their site. Which is a great option. You get more for site credit. They actually grade the condition better than any of the other sites out there. Their bags/items are in way better condition if you really look at their condition ratings. And I have called them for extra pics /or have someone look over the bags for me. I would have ranked them 4.5 on this part of my review. However- Victor in cust service is the best and I mean BEST person I have EVER worked with at any of the luxury secondary market sites. (I’m VIP on all of them and sell /buy a lot.). Victor is outstanding. He keeps up with me by text. Sends me things he knows I’m looking for. I send him items I’m really wanting and he lets me know if and when they get it in. He also has helped me on the selling my bags side of things too. He’s just the absolute best. He’s a true asset to your clients. I really enjoy talking with him. And I’d I’m having an issue on the site he immediately gets back to me and helps. I just can’t say enough about how great he is. I told him today I wish I had him working for me on all my fashion needs in life. He’s just the best. And he’s really why I like using Rebag and why I’m ranking them a 5. That guy needs a raise. "

"I found my dream watch in excellent condition at half retail price! Not only that but I was able to trade an item in my closet that I never used at a very fair price. Missing Goyard Bag; Traders Beware!

"Vacationing in NYC I found Rebag. At first it started like a positive experience, I agreed to trade a bag and upgrade, but I would have to ship the bag when I retuned to Dallas, which I did and excitedly ordered my new upgrade. Once they received the bag in their store they decided that they would not purchase my bag, so they sent it back to me. They sent it via UPS , who did not leave the package at the door and sent it to a local store. The local store when I went to retrieve the package said they send everything back if it isn't picked up in a week. When I messaged customer service via the chat, they assured me that they would look into it, get back to me, and not to worry that if UPS didn't have my bag, Rebag did. Well, 3 weeks later, and 5 chats where I was asked to be patient or recontract UPS, I was finally told they don't have it, and no further action to help me would be taken or compensate me for the the missing bag. I will no be using them ever again, as I will be sticking to The Real Real where I have had no issues with deliveries, or any sort of exchanges."
