"Special thanks to Richard Lisboa! It has been a pleasure dealing with him for literal months! It started out early but I had personal events take place that prevented me from progressing. However, Richard was respectful of that and tried all sorts of ways to help meet my expectations. In return, I had a seamless process of selling them five of my bags and helping me purchase a Hermes Kelly. They answer questions right away and were patient when I constantly changed my mind about things. Excellent customer service! "I have noticed on couple occasions rebag will not honor their offer without a clear reason. I submitted 2 Chanel belt bag new with original packaging weeks apart and received a quote. I accepted the offers and sent both items in one order#. They sent email saying they received the items. Then next day I receive an email for one item saying accepted and payment was deposited within hours….I was surprised because it usually takes couple days. I was wondering what happened to the other item since it was sent in same shipment. No email received so I checked and it says declined because “does not meet their guidelines”. I contacted them and no clear answer. The items were both in new condition with protective plastic intact. Just because they decided not to honor their quote offer they just processed the one order then decline the other without even contacting me?! I reached out to them the same day and asked for both of items to be returned. I sold the items way below what I paid and they made the offer? By the time they receive the item (about 3-4 weeks after offer was made) they decided to pick and choose? The issue has been sent to manager and he/she will contact me (hopefully). I kindly asked them not to post the accepted item for sale since I didn’t agree on them pick and choose their quote offer. In the past several years I have used Rebag their customer service has been good. I don’t know if they are going through some changes but this is pretty shady. Take your time on selling your items and try different places before you make your final decisions since there are lot of competitive companies now. Will update review once the manager gets back to me…..:)"
