One call took almost 40 minutes and still was not able to help with the issue. Luckily, right AFTER the purchase they conveniently responded about my question regarding the bag’s dustcover (which was not available) Never again. Not recommending to anyone who enjoys hassle-free shopping. Try other websites if possible."

Employees have no knowledge regarding such matters, as inquired if a similar watch had an extra long strap, and was told they simply did not know and would have to get back to me. Top it all off, bc of their lack of knowledge and false advertising, I lost my opportunity to use a 15% promotion. I asked if I could purchase a different watch and use the promotion, because of their lack of knowledge and false advertising, and was put off. Bad customer service! And no knowledge of product!! "
