"I submitted my Dior lambskin bag to sell that was in excellent condition with no scratch or wear and tear. I took lots of detailed photos and recorded videos while I was packing it to ship out to Rebag just in case. However Rebag declined to buy it with absurd reasons, heavy wear and splitting. That was the time I started suspecting that Rebag probably made damages to my bag while inspecting it or something. On their email, they were going to return it to me within 3 days, but many days had passed and they hadn't shipped it back to me. I had to contact the customer service 4 more times, then they finally returned it to me. As I predicted, it arrived damaged with new scratches at the bottom and the back and peeling at the corners. Also they wrapped it with a thin plastic wrap that smells nasty and almost melt on my bag in this unusual hot weather. They should have packed it with more care. Since this is fragile lambskin bag, I have no idea how to restore or repair it. Rebag, you guys made my beautiful bag to a piece of trash!
