"Overall, rebag was an okay experience. While I love my bag, the description of the bag was not accurate. There was actually a tear in the leather on the base of the gabrielle I purchased, not a scratch or dent as they said. I will have to get it repaired somehow, so this should have been reflected in the pictures. Because of where the year is, it’s like the pictures were taken in a deliberate way to mask the damage. While I am disappointed, I do not want to send it back because the rest of the bag is as described/pictured, but I’m not sure I’d shop again. One plus is that the packaging was really great. The bag was definitely protected during transit which I appreciated, and I like the card that comes with the bag. This is why they get two stars. "
"First time buyer and here's my experience... I have purchased a Chanel bag and the bag came with popped stitches which was not reflect in the ad nor in the pictures of the listing. This was a big disappointment. But with that said, I have contacted support attached with pictures of the damage and CS contacted me within days to offer a $500 refund for repair of the bag. Although this is a hassle but I love the bag very much and decided to keep it and take it into Chanel store for repair. I was in the end happy with CS response rate and the solution they had offered. My suggestion for Rebag is to ensure careful inspection of the item to match the listing before sending out the item. If it doesn't match, at least notify the buyer before shipping it out to give the buyer the option to go ahead with the transaction or not."

Although they had all information to verify with credit card company they wanted copies personal information send over unsecured internet passing through a multitude of employees which is not good practice and is a violation of privacy. Would not recommend them at all. "
"Ordered a Chanel piece from Rebag. The site said it would take 1 to 2 days to get it shipped and 4 to 7 days more for it to arrive. Three days later, I get a note from UPS telling me that I missed the delivery (signature required). Got an email saying I had to go to the UPS facility to pick it up, which is obviously super inconvenient. I called Rebag, and they didn't care. They just blamed it on UPS saying it's UPS's policy saying they have no control over it. Well, it's not UPS's policy when we get wine shipped from California (signatures required)--three attempts to deliver wine are always made. How am I supposed to know when UPS is coming AND that a signature is required? The Rebag customer service rep said I should have gotten an email saying when it would be arriving - but I NEVER got one. I double checked, and I only got an email from Rebag saying it had shipped. It was also NEVER communicated that a signature would be required.
Pull it together, Rebag! Work on your communication - both on the website, in emails, and with your customer service reps (I spoke to two who both equally did not care). And make UPS do more than one attempt. You have leverage!
This is all very irritating. If I wanted to drive somewhere to buy something, then I wouldn't order it online. Plus, Rebag didn't care. And I don't want to work with a company that doesn't care when I'm spending so much money. I'll be in Boston tomorrow and will pop into the Chanel story and just pay the couple of hundred dollars extra for the item I wanted. "

"Not a good experience. I bought two bags on my visa, but shipped them in my husbands name. They came back to me asking for a photo of the card I used and for a photo of my husband’s identification. When I gave that they came back again asking for my ID as well. When all was said and done it was a week before they shipped the bags. THEN... they shipped the bags separately. They put the full value of the purchase on one box (the value for 2 bags with only one bag in the box) and then on the other box they put the value for that bag. I had to pay over $600 in duty because they messed up the shipping labels. Now I have to wait one to ten days before UPS will even address the issue. I am due over $200 back and now have to fight to get it.
Honestly, I didn’t have a good feeling about this purchase and it has been a headache. I am really disappointed with the whole experience. On a positive note, the bags are lovely and as described. Rebag needs to work on customer service and accuracy when shipping. "
"I placed an order on 1/30, payment made through American Express - REBAG informed me that purchases generally ship the next business day (which would be Friday, 1/31). I received an email with purchase confirmation and my husband verified payment with AmEx. No tracking number - contacted REBAG Monday (2/1) and I was assured I would receive a return call that afternoon - no call - but an email requesting copies of my husband’s drivers license and credit card (over unsecured email????) - no explanation why - 11 emails later, still no shipping but they have been paid!!!! Wednesday, 2/4, a dispute was opened with AmEx - Should I mention that I originally paid extra for 1-3 day shipping? Merry f I could give negative stars, I would - "

"The Chanel bag I ordered had scratches on it that were not pictured and an odor that was not mentioned in the comments. I would not consider this bag "very good" condition and now I lose $40 in shipping charges for a bag that was not as described online. I also have to rush to UPS immediately after work for their ridiculous 2 day return policy, I am really hoping I can return this bag to the local store and save myself $20. I would consider purchasing a bag again in store, but I wouldn't recommend buying unseen online.
