"first time buyer. The site was easy to use and fast to complete

However, the day after I purchased the item, Rehab sent me a message saying it could be up to 10 days before my order was processed. Not a fuzzy feeling for a first time buyer.

Bad experience ever I had and still going on!

"The product never arrived as site said, and I had waited a few weeks before finally I gave up and asked for cancellation even I was sufferring with pain. After asking for cancellation, I am STILL waitng for the refund for it, and it past 2 months already! Terrible horrible company!!!"

"I appreciate no prescription required. Whatever would anyone do with a nebulizer machine that wasn't aerosol treatments? If not filling through insurance, there's no reason for a script. But most companies require one regardless. That's just an unnecessary hassle for clients. Thank you for not causing needless extra stress."

"The payment sight lacked clarity. In particular, you automatically ask for a cell phone number, without making it abundantly clear that I can enter my home phone number instead. My cell phone number changed a long time ago, but your records still have it, and as a result, the order does not go thru. It took considerable time before I realized that the system would accept my home phone number and then the order went thru. My cell phone number changed because I dealt with a different phone company."
