UPDATE ordered on Sept 25 and as of 10/12, order not received. Called company and item not shipped yet. They said out of stock but they did not say that at time of order, nor did they notify me. Poor customer service. Oh but item has been charged to my credit card!!"

"I’ve woken your meta grip thumb brace since 2018 to reduce pain in fingers & thumb and to maintain a grip in my left hand. The brace enables me to keep using my hands for daily activities. I wear brace 24/7 and need a new one every 12-15 months because the Velcro’s wears out. The brace gets wet often, especially doing dishes, amazing how quick it dries. Regular Wetness seems to weaken the Velcro, especially the short sticky section of velcro which loosen from stitching. Otherwise the rest of brace doesn't wear out. "
