"Filling out the order online was easy. Will have to wait and see what the product is like when we receive it.
Two weeks later we received an email that the item was on back order and it would probably take another two to three weeks for it to be shipped. So we cancelled the order. We were told it would take another 24-72 hours to receive a cancellation confirmation. It will then take another 3-5 days for the refund to show up in our account.
