"I ordered last minute and needed to have the parts 3 working days later in Laredo, TX to be picked-up by a friend who would bring them to me in Mexico. Should not be a problem. My previous order had been shipped 2 hours after I placed it.
However because my address is in Mexico, my credit card address is in Canada and the ship to address was in Texas, several flags went up and the order was placed on credit hold. I saw that on Rock Auto's website, called right away and was connected to the credit dept. They bent over backward to resolve the problem. They were smart enough to let common sense prevail over strict adherence to rules (rare these days) and got me my parts in plenty of time.

"I ordered three front brake pads after following their lists with my car information.

MANDO Part # PH36ELA : It's in their category.
My car: Hyundai Elantra GLS in 2004.

However, this pads didn't fit.

Usaully it should have convex figure at the both sides for my car. However, it has concaved figure.
Thus, I ask to refund my credit containing original shipping fee(around $17).

But they answered like belows.

In situations where the part you ordered work for some versions of your vehicle, but not yours specifically, we split shipping with the customer. In this case, we sent a FedEx return label. You will receive credit for the part cost.

It makes me really mad.

If there is some different version, they should have categorized well before.
Whey they take their fault to the customer.
Actually I already check the brake pads for my car at different site such as Amazon. Up to now I haven't found any different versions for my car."
