"I ordered a timing belt kit with water pump, two pulleys and the belt as well as the accessory drive belts for a '97 Dodge Avenger. Everything arrived quickly (within a week) using regular ground shipping. The prices were very good for name brand belts (Gates) and the packaging was very good. However it turns out that need not be the case. I found RockAuto.com through my favourite search engine and liked what I saw. The parts listings are easy to work with, the level of information is reassuringly complete. Prices were much more reasonable than charged by specialist suppliers here in Australia even when airfreight is factored in. My first order was for a set of shocks and I was thoroughly satisfied with both the product and the service. Confident of a good result I recently ordered suspension components for my car late on Sunday night SA time. You can imagine how pleased I was to receive the parts order on the Friday afternoon following. This is how to do business in the 21st century! I received my order in a timely manner and was so satisfied I placed an order for a second item, which I was also satisfied with. I recommend checking them out. One issue I did have was the cost of shipping. It seems on the high side, considering the size/weight of the items that were shipped. "Shipping was prompt to Central Texas. Radiator Fan was well packaged, shrink-wrapped even. I considered this part superior to the original because the electrical connection to the fan is easier to connect and the fan housing is more slender, so it was less a problem to fit in a tight space. The original Fan had motor that jutted out and was a big pain to jigsaw out place. I highly recommend the Dorman product."
