I ordered the parts below for two main reason:
1. I read the RockAuto web site that suggested Raybestos was a better quality part.
2. I thought I would not have to drive to an Auto Zone/NAPA and chase parts.
The right caliper bracket was binding on the caliper when I removed it from the box. It turns out the caliper bolt/pin (not to be confused with the caliper bracket bolt) was just finger tight. I thought Raybestos must have just missed it so I tightened the bolt.
I soon found that the reason Raybestos had not tightened the bolt was that it was bent. Once I tightened the bolt, I could not even slide the caliper onto the bracket. So I sat there realizing I would be days to a week to mail the parts back or I could still goto to AutoZone and buy a caliper bolt. Any advantage on buying online just vanished. I was out $12 to buy the caliper bolt and still had to chase parts.
I realize the problem originated with Raybestos and not RockAuto, but it was disappointing that RockAuto did not even read the email I sent describing the problem. I think it might have been fair on their part to have covered the $12 I had to pay out of my pocket to fix the parts, but instead they just sent me a form letter offering to replace the part.
That I points out the very big problem with ordering auto parts online. If the parts are wrong or faulty (as in my case), you must be prepared to let your car sit for days to a week while you ship parts.

"Beware of restocking fee which escalates with time. I ordered parts for mower after annual PM, and went to install them during PM the following year, only to find they were wrong (ordered 4 glow plugs, got 3 different glow plugs plus one spark plug) (???). Found that restock fee increased by 5% per month. RockAuto would not obtain the correct glow plugs so I could exchange them, even with the escalated restocking fee.
Like many on-line vendors, RockAuto is built around the notion of the perfect transaction, wherein the customer is certain about what is ordered and no problems occur in the delivery chain. They provide good service under those circumstances. However if issues occur, you may find it difficult to reverse them, and RockAuto will make it very clear that you are responsible.
If there are any uncertainties in your project, or you need to schedule your work and order parts more than 30 days in advance, you'd be better off with a local vendor than RockAuto.
In response to RockAuto: parts problems may not become apparent until installation, so inspection is no guarantee. The more important issue here is goodwill. As other reviewers have noted, it's somewhat lacking at RockAuto. In this case, your focus was not on achieving a good customer outcome, it was on minimizing your costs, and/or profiting from the parts return if possible. In the long run, this is not a smart policy; you'll lose far more in future business than you would by helping your customers.
I was willing to pay a reasonable restocking fee (30%) in return for the right parts. You weren't willing to obtain those parts and you wanted 60%. You didn't address the spark plug at all, should I pay you 160% for something I didn't even order? As another reviewer noted, this is "Customer Service 101".
