"This was about the best auto parts shopping experience I can imagine. I LOVE their shopping interface. They have spent a lot of time on the way it shows you the vehicle and parts designed for it. It is awesome when you order for 2 or more vehicles, because the invoice breaks it down by vehicle.

The shopping cart is the best part. It shows you whether each part is coming from the same warehouse or not. Just look for "A" or "B" or "C" and try to order equivalent parts until everything comes from the same warehouse if possible... that saves money on shipping.

On this order, they were actually out of stock on something and immediately e-mailed me. Perfect, because I read the email and they actually READ MY EMAIL and the next day my order was sent with my chosen replacement. Smart. And the order was shipped with no errors. I ordered again a few weeks later and the same good report!

I have recommended Rock Auto to my friends, because their prices are really the best I have found. For hard parts, I now look to Rock Auto first even if I still comparison shop with a few others. In the end, I come back to Rock Auto."

"Despite many issues with receiving a proper axle for the passenger-side of my car, they covered return shipping for an a replacement axle three times, and for shipping it to me three times (due to giving me a FULL refund on the non-fitting part, INCLUDING the initial shipping charges I had paid them). I don't blame them for the issues, apparently the vehicle was made during a transition time and used an odd-ball axle, of which Rock Auto does not carry.

The shipping costs are very reasonable, and what really sold me on Rock Auto on my first order was that there was no handling charge, thus keeping the cost lower.
