Nothing is wrong & its still in brand new condition, installed for less than 5 min & still functions properly. Next time I lie to rockauto, actually wont be a next time. Never using them again."

"In February, I ordered an AC compressor and required parts for my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. When the parts arrived, I took them to my dealer to install when the AC condenser and radiator were replaced. The AC worked, but the air was not as cold as before the repairs. Took the truck back in for diagnosis, and they told me the compressor I had them install was faulty and the high and low pressure values were both out of tolerance. the new compressor was faulty. Rock Auto will not refund anything beyond 30 days. I will never buy from this company again. I wasted money on a high dollar part that turns out to be defective. This is a total online sham business and isn't worthy of anyone's money. Absolute garbage."
"Found this site that seemed to offer everything. Not checking reviews, I needed rear shocks, front shocks and struts, rear coils, tie rods, control arms, and few other parts. I order all the parts for the same vehicle, a 2006 Malibu Maxx SS. They sent me parts for six different cars and none of them were similar. The entire order was a wash, and then when I tried to contact or return them, no phone, no return, and no refund. I'm f@#$ing stuck with parts I can't use and the models they fit are hard to sell. RockAuto used me to clean out their unsold junk and then ran off with the money. Anyone wanting to do a class action, call me."

Paid the difference for fast shipping to NB because I use my truck for work and need it fixed asap (1-2 business day). I am on business day #6 now and just received an update saying it was in Montreal. I call their headquarters to talk to someone. The recording informs me they do not have telephone customer service, but I still wanted to speak with someone. I dialed for their reception and I received a rude receptionist that said I could not speak to someone and hung up in my ear. Its worth mentioning that I was calm and was simply asking a question; I was not being rude or yelling. I will NEVER ordered from this terrible website again. Hanging up in a customers ear as they are trying to speak is unacceptable for any business. "
