"This company has a return policy that all companies should have. I ordered a part and it arrived in two days. When I was getting ready to install the part I noticed a wire had come loose from the connector on my car. Hooked the wire back up and all was fine. I never needed the part. Delivery is always prompt and delivered on or before the promised date. I have actually ordered a part on a Saturday and received it on Monday. THAT'S FAST!

"I'VE BOUGH ALOT OF ITEMS FROM rOCK aUTO OVER THE YEARS DIRECTLY OFF THEIR WEBSITE. MOST OF THE TIME THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS BUT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ABOSLUTELY HORRID. My most recent bad experience is with an order for an oversize fuel tank not arriving complete and missing items (the actual items listed in the description of the product omn rock auto's website) (Someone evidently had previously opened the box as it arrived taped shut). When I emailed Rock Auto customer support, they acted like I was making this all up and they would not help me at all. For three days, I received nothing but contempt from the customer service department and finally was forced to initiate a PAYPal complaint which finally got them to get off their behind and send me the return shipping tag. . I then heard from a senior customer service who didn't even have the manners to apologize to this customer and thank me for all my business with them and offer to make it up to me. He was too worried about covering his ass with his boss due to his poor handling of this situation. In conclusion, be very careful in dealing with these folks and never directly buy with your credit card unless you want alot of problems. The only reason why I got my refund promptly was due to my Paypal complaint. I told these folks up front that the associated parts that was supposed to come with this tank (according to the Rock Auto website) did not. If Rock Auto customer service spent as much time in sending me a return tag instead of trying to put words in my mouth over what accessories were supposed to come with this tank (NONE DID), this would not have been a big deal. Instead, they said that I asked for a installation strap which is not in the description. I asked for the listed accessoruies that was supposed to come with the tank in their own description (a tank lock ring, an adaption kit for the existing fuel pump sender so it can work with the overzie tank, and spacers required to mount the tank with nthe stock fuel tank straps). Once again, they still haven't got the message."
