"This was my first experience with RockAuto and I found it to be user friendly and mostly intuitive in the layout and search modes. Because I had not been on the site before, it took a little acclimation time to get familiar with the layout of the site. But after a couple tries it quickly became familiar. For any product the site carriers it appears to very competitive in price.
The ordering process went very smoothly and the mail time of a week was well balanced against the modest shipping charges which I felt were an assest to the pricing structure. "Hello, I'm just cheap. I'm a do it yourself guy and shop for quality parts cheap. Just awhile back my abs light came on. I found the problem to be the rear speed sensor. After shopping local and on line 25-30 dollars was best price. I'll never forget RockAuto put it at my door for $18.18. The only other place that had it wanted $20+ and had to add shipping. This was not my first order from RockAuto and without doubt won't be my last. The part was Dephi top end by the way.

"Haven`t got it yet, but usually everything works just fine when ordering from Rock Auto.

Only thing that is a problem when order from over seas are parcels from different warehouses. When I get several shipments(even there is one order) I will be charged custom fee several times which increases the amount a lot.
I now use a shipper in the US who waits until all parcels are there and then sends them on to me as one shipment. This works fine, but takes a bit more time.
