I placed my order for a Samsung TV advertised on Google at a low price. About a week after that called to find out thew status of my order and was told that their representative would call me. When calling me in a couple of days, he tried to pursue me to switch to an expensive shipment/ warranty package. After I refused, he said that the TV would be delivered in bulk shipment no faster then 3 weeks and that the shipping company will contact me. In about 6 days after that, I got a call from the representative named Victor who told me, that my order was shipped back to their company after sitting in the delivery center for 3 days, and if I would like to switch to an expensive shipment. After I refused, and proposed that the TV was never shipped he agreed that it could be the case but he needed to resolve it and this time it would take a month to ship it back. After I refused, he started to asking me where I was calling from and if I'm not a re-seller in a rude manner. After that I asked to cancel my order and hang up. He attempted to call me back several times telling me that I was threatening him with a bad review. I couldn't imagine, that companies like this still exist online. Please save your time and nerves and don't order from them.
Unfortunately, their response which follows, proves that they act very offensive and keep lying. Victor, who is obviously behind a response, never offered 2-3 weeks delivery,he said that re-shipping would take no less than a month. Neither he gave the name of the company, who "delivered" the shipment in a first place, and contacted me for 3 days (I have never received neither call nor e-mail). He also dared to ask me what was the phone number he called to, suggesting I was a re-seller. At this time I realized I was probably involved in one of their scam schemes and cancelled the order, telling him I would put a negative review. This my right as a customer, and I didn't bully anybody as they write in their response. After that Victor became really rude and offensive, trying to call me back several times. He always appeals to themselves of being a small business and requires a break. Come on, I know a lot of small businesses which I like and appreciate, first of all for being honest and providing great customer support. Unfortunately, judging by my experience, your company doesn't fit into neither of that."

I am expecting a new baby any minute now and was concerned about the shipping and it getting here in time, but Shawn worked with my husband to ensure it made it in time and he was tremendously helpful. I called Customer Service/Sales and spoke with Bart. He answered my questions and assured me I should have received these items. On top of that, they called me after I placed my order to confirm my purchase and offer me additional sale items for my camera. The employees I've talked to have been very friendly and have made me feel more confident about my online merchant choice. They've even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The only thing I'd consider asking them to change is to make sure they provide an itemized bill/receipt for those items I added to my order outside the bundle (in case I wanted to return things), and clarify any taxes and additional charges. That in no way diminishes my opinion of their service, however."
