"I’ve never set foot in a gramophone store. I’m an online customer. Daniel Carr contacted me to tell me my order couldn’t be fulfilled and my item was on back order. That was a huge sale that ended up going to the used market because of manufactures policy. After quite a bit of correspondence I made two more purchases a McIntosh c-8 preamp (still on back order) and most recently an eversolo a8 Streamer DAC / preamp. Obviously they’re here for profit, but they love music.
