"I became interested in and starting looking into the McIntosh RS250 for audiophile small system and soundbar option, and found SKY by Gramophone's Luke Wilmer's excellent video review of it on youtube, which also introduced me to SKY by Gramophone. Since Luke's video was so thorough and made the final convincing I needed, I wanted to purchase through his company. Through their website, I asked if they had any in stock and I got a quick response. A few weeks later when I was ready to purchase, I contacted them again - this time via chat - letting them know that I was about to order it, but that I was going to be out of town for a few days and didn't want it to arrive before I got back. The extremely kind, patient, and informative chat agent checked the shipping schedules and offered to hold it a day before shipping it. I really appreciated the great customer service. Explanation: inquiry regarding price protection policy was unanswered by first level escalation with promise to return call. However, days have passed. Issued is old in my my mind but same product, same price including free shipping offered by others. This was my second purchase. The bar was set high with first purchase ( Audioquest Rocket speaker cables). Hesitant to spend more with this company.
But hey, they were at least human. "
