"Will weigh in once I’ve received the mattress and slept on it, but the buying process has been very good. My only feedback is as follows: I thought the invoice emailed to me might be a fake of some kind because it lacked much branding or a “saatva feel”. The second email was better. In addition, it would have been nice to have the pricing done in CAD so I could really see what I was paying. Didn’t feel very Canadian-friendly, even though I know you are. It was also weird trying to check out and being asked for a “state” and “zip code” - again, just not a very Canadian feel. Minor feedback, but thought you might be able to do something with it anyway.

"I admit my annoyance is mostly my fault due to ignorance regarding bed buying, but I really wish I was warned, when placing my order (or during the many steps thereafter) for a bed frame and a mattress that I would need a box spring (confusingly called a foundation at saatva-- I didn't think I needed a foundation as I was hyper-concerned about minimizing the height of the entire bed in my very small studio apt), and that the warranty for the bed would be negated without a box spring so much so that the delivery people wouldn't even unbox the bed frame to be sure I wouldn't be in "trouble." I only, literally, found out about these issues once the delivery people were in my apartment with the two things I purchased. Again, I know it's probably due to my ignorance, but I wish I knew so I didn't have to pay another $99 delivery fee, for a box spring to separately be delivered a WEEK later, when I could have been warned at any point in the MANY times I was personally contacted to confirm my order."

"You would think if you are paying $1400 for a mattress they would get the order right but... We ordered a California King 72"x84"x14.5", we received 73"x80"x11" so it has gaps sitting in the frame on the headboard and foot ends and is too tight on the sides. The delivery company gives you a choice of Tues, Thurs and Sat as delivery days & says they need a four hour window but won't tell you what the window is until the night before the delivery. The only choice you have is what day of the week (out of the three) & if you work on those days you have to find someone to be there for you. They damaged a small part of the ceiling during delivery & now we have go through that whole process again to get a replacement the correct size. We have only slept on it for one night and so far like the feel & firmness, but what a hassle!"
