It was Friday afternoon and I was in a hurry but I got the info I needed. Long story short - Monday morn I called and ordered my mattress and foundation. Excellent customer service so far, great followup -- mattress should be ready in next 2 weeks. Very satisfied with the front end of this purxhase - which was a great price and value."

The order confirmation should have details of the order - that helps.

Overall - seems like Satva customer service is more lip service - no attention to details -hope the mattress is worth the Dollars spend on it "

"The online experience is what I prefer. I like the overall details and comparisons that helped me make my decision. I would like to see links to independent reviews. I had to find these myself. If Saatva truly believes in their product, it would be nice to see completely independent reviews vs. customers that could be viewed as one sided or 'fake'.

I also would prefer to have seen the costs in CAD funds.

I had an issue with the shipping as they do not ship to my exact address. This is an issue as it will require me to get the bed to my home in another way. While this was noted in the purchase information, but it would be nice to have options. Such as "for an extra cost of X, we can get it to you". I was told simply that it can't be done. That wasn't helpful.

Shipping - not enough options for locations
Product - No idea yet - we will see, but I do believe that the warranty will make the decision easy when we get the bed and try it
Payment - Simple, but again would have been nice to see it in CAD funds so it isn't a surprise
Technical - Great website and intuitive
Customer Service - The online chat is great and they have been very helpful
