"This is a first buying a mattress on-line. I received E-mails throughout the progress, ordering, manufacturing, completion and 3 days after completion the delivery company called, set up the appointment. The delivery people were right on time, professional, done.
The Saatva mattress is really nice quality and comfortable, however the plush firm mattress seemed a bit soft, I gave it about 3 weeks to see if my body would adjust to the softness, still a bit too soft for me.
I called Saatva customer service, spoke with Samantha, advised I would like to exchange to the firm mattress, no questions asked, she took needed information, I received an E-mail confirming the exchange.
