"I paid a quite a bit extra including shipping charges, thinking I was dealing directly with the manufacturer (plus waiting an extra 5 days for said shipping) only to have the filament delivered by Amazon.
I could have had FREE 2 day delivery via my Amazon Prime account and saved close to $40.
Yes Sainsmart is the leader in producing TPU filaments and deserve their reputation for quality, but this type of practice is unacceptable and will cause me to shop elsewhere in the future.
Had I not needed the filaments for a project that the extra 5 days put me close to deadline on I would have returned the items."
