"Purchased an Ender 3 Pro. So far the printer is working out very well. Initially it didn't power up but I sent an email into support and was able to resolve the issue promptly. The power supply came with the voltage set to 230. I had to switch it to 115 since I live in the US. That corrected my issue. But overall, support was great. Responded promptly (within 8 hours which in my standard is great since their standard replies are within 48 hours). So far so good!"
"I was able to order and pay for purple ABS, even though it was marked EU only. My money was refunded, because I don't live in the EU. Why I was able to order it in the first place, I don't know. It would have been handy for them to say "Available to the EU only," or some statement to that effect. Then I would not have ordered it at all.
My shipment came from two different places, hence one roll, and then four more. One of the PLA outer bags was torn, and air has leaked in. I'll use that one first."
