"I ordered 2 products. Only one did arrive. I had to pay 25 euro taxes while it should be from the EU (so no taxes). I paid extra (about 10 euros) to get it from an EU warehouse.
Also it took much longer than what it said on the website. I hope we get this solved. But for now it my worst experience ever with a online store. For the better all changed. They responded and solved all the problems! Thanks for great support"

"Got an Ender 3, and I'm glad I bought from them, because it is rock solid (as much as a 3d printer without the first few mods can be). The screws were properly tight, there were almost no adjustments from Ender 3 assembly videos that I actually had to make, and my first print had no stringing, adhesion, or layer shift problems. Unfortunately, the filament I ordered with it was out of stock, and they didn't have that updated on their page. I didn't know that they couldn't deliver the filament until about a week after I got the printer all set up and configured. No notice on the webpage, no 'whoops' email at the time of shipment, no offer to swap the color or type so I could at least have something to use with my new printer, and not a even voucher for the free shipping so I could replace the filament order with a new order.

TL;DR: The machines are solid, but don't buy any parts that are mission critical and that you will absolutely have to have access to in the next few weeks, because they might not even have it."
