My only problem was that I purchased a coat and did not realize that the vendor had placed their logo all over the coat... So while I wish there site hide been clearer about the logos, I did have a good overall customer service experience with my return of the item

My first order was the 3d printer and 3 rolls of the TPU filament, however I received one tracking number for two packages. The problem is the packages did not arrive together so my order was listed as "completed" although I did not yet have all of my order. The rest arrived but there should have been one tracking number per package. The second order I placed was confusing. The website made it sound like the deal was $24.99 for two spools of TPU filament (one purple and one pink) however I received only one and was told it was an "either/or" deal."
