"Received the 1810-Pro CNC unit with a defective x-z axis assembly. Sent email and pictures to support and they quickly send another assembly. This new assembly was defective in the same way ( crack in plastic along the top bearing ). Emailed support again with pictures and they again sent a replacement part only this time it was QC-ed before sending. Received new part and all else went well.

I understand 'bad batch' problems in manufacturing and don't have a problem with what happened. I also understand GREAT SUPPORT when I see it - that says a lot for the company."
