"Very easy to put together, took about 2 hours to assemble. CNC Router did exactly as advertised, the reduced star is because they could helped with a CAD/CAM software program as well, for beginners. If you have software and/or are familiar with them, this is a 5 star. For a beginner this is a 3 star, so all in all 3 star that could easily be a 5 star."

"I ordered the 3018-pro engraver. The unit came in pieces as expected but was well packaged. Although there were some left over metal shavings in the package/stuck to some of the pieces, it was nothing that a blow from an air gun couldn't handle. Assembly went well, the instructions aren't supper detailed but they do show the correct order and a few critical measurements for assembly. Got the unit together in a few hours and got it running on the example programs in another hour. I did have an issue with the x-z axis where the bearings were grinding, I emailed customer service and they promptly sent me a new head head assembly (from China and it arrived in 4days!). The new assembly worked perfectly. Looking forward to making some cool stuff and buying some more sainsmart products in the future."
