I can't believe this, but they didn't include a USB cable to actually USE the thing. I open it up last night to use it, see no cable, and lose the night (cos all stores were already closed). That kind of tactic is expected by big boxes, but not online. That's why I buy online. Now, the cost of the USB is going to put the total price far above the next closest competitor (who includes USB). Needless to say, I'll be extra careful to read the "what's included" fine print next time I order anything directly from sainsmart.com
