After receiving the well-packed semi-assembled parts I found out (after full assembly and first 3d prints) that there was a problem with the aluminum bed that holds the building glass is not perfectly FLAT (a manufacturing defect). I contacted SainSmart support team, sent them all the pix that show the defect clearly and they didn't hesitate to acquire a new one from the manufacturer and sent it to me with no charge at all and no delay!
