I used Sainsmart's manual and videos to put my printer together with no issues and was printing within an hour. "

"The board is useless without knowing the pin out of the DB-25 cable connection since these are the connections to the drive motors. The CD sent in the package is scratched on the optical surface and cannot be read. Sainsmart provided additional information but none that resolved the issue. The identification must be accurate and concomitant to the board."
