"They advertised a GREAT sounding sale, I ordered 2 items listed in the sale and was shown as I made my selections that each item was in stock and available. I made full payment via PayPal upon completing my order. I received a email confirmation of my order and stating that I would receive additional info as my items were shipped. I did receive one item.
Nine days after placing the order I received an email stating that 1 item I had ordered had been 'Discontinued'. This item was a packaged group of three items also sold separately. Looking on-line after reading their email showed that each of the three items was still available separately. As I said "False Advertising or lack of Corporate Ethics".
They did offer me $10 off my next order of $60 or more!"

"I ordered one of their 6-axis robot arms from Massdrop and I contacted them to order the CPU, I/O board and remote controller.
First they lost my order, then then didn't answer my emails and when I finally received my package (1 month later) it was missing a key component that I had asked to be included multiple times.
Their idea of an assembly manual is a youtube video. Which will need to be stopped and started multiple times.
They are located in Hong Kong so they are awake when the US is asleep. Their customer service is deplorable and boarding on a waste of time.
Do not buy this company's products."
