"Pleasantly surprised to receive the goods after a bit over 3 weeks when it was expected to be 5-6 weeks. All components are good quality and well packed except for one flat ribbon cable that has many visible dents from the PC board sharp tips that was packed above that cable. There should be better protection for that flat ribbon cable. I tested everything and they all work well except I didn't have the chance to test the touch screen driver yet. I wasn't told that it will take 5-6 weeks to deliver during the checkout process. I only got that info after I had paid. I was not thinking that it would take that long. The touch screen kit should also have mentioned that an 12V adapter (not included) will be required. I also got charged extra for the camera since I selected to be shipped from the US but it ended up getting shipped from China with the touch screen. "

"The website advertised a 5% discount with the coupon code COOLDUDE, but during the checkout process there was no obvious place to enter it. If you are going to advertise a discount, make sure it is clear where to enter the code.
Also, a choice of courier would be nice. My experiences with DHL have been negative, and I feel that they do not value their customers at all. Given a choice, I would never use DHL again.

In the first delivery, you said you have received the order#100037577 without some parts. We were sorry for your problem and more than happy to assist you in receiving an exact replacement, and ship it out ASAP.

In the second delivery, you still tell us that you have mising parts in the replacement. So we propose that we will reship you another new kits or issue you full refund after you have returned those two kits you've received to us. However, you tell us that you have given the first kit to your friend and you're not going to return anything to us.

Under this circumstancese, Sainsmart does appreciate every customer's business, and we try our best to reduce customer’s loss. So we have full refunded $34.99 to you and do have shipped two kits(20-013-308) for free.
