"I opened an account and they sent me a thankyou email that included my user id and my password. Are you kidding me?!?

At first I was unable to place my order - clicking on the blue Place Order button literally did nothing. I contacted them about the problem. This was with Safari on my Mac. I decided to try my PC and experienced the same problem with Firefox. A day or so later they told me they fix the problem. Yep, my order went thru - I bet they will sell more things now that they fixed their website :)

Still waiting to receive my order but shipping is free so that's ok.

They have LOTS of room to improve. I hope the stuff I bought works...

They have also nice support (I made a little mistake in my adress - but they fixed it quickly when I contact their support).
Dont know. Maybe there are better stores in web, but this one satisfy me for 100% and I will deal with SainSmart again for sure.

"Sainsmart's customer service team are some of the nicest and kindest people I haven't met (especially Mannie).

They fulfilled a request of mine, which was to attach an image of a canine to the package that was being delivered to me. However, they went one step further and also included a larger sticker of the canine image I provided them, and for that I am forever great for their support, and humour.

"I bought the laser harp kit. Whilst this is a very nice design, the instructions are virtually non-existent. The online video makes no mention of the fact that the magnets must be installed with the correct polarity - this is vitally important. Also none of the lasers in the kit functioned at all; I am awaiting replacements.
There are a few software downloads available, but nothing to indicate which one to use to make the kit function as a laser harp.
It would help if there were some instructions on the Sainsmart website - there are none.
