So it's only 3 days later that I went to the DHL tracking page and found this out. One more day and the package would have been sent back. I paid the fee online and now a third! delivery will be made.
There are better courier services operating in Canada and USA!"

Build quality is good and the items perform as advertised. The items were delivered intact and well packaged although a little slowly (but free!). My only complaint is the lack of technical details relating to the products (no information regarding compatible plugs) although the documents provided were very useful in terms of setup. "Ordered an Instabot kit. Both motors were damaged due to insufficient packing. Customer support contacted and I was told motors will be replaced. No instructions with kit and link to software broken. Hope all those issues will be solved soon. Otherwise, all other parts appear functional and it's a nice kit. "
