"My order arrived much earlier than I expected. The material delivered works like a charm as well. I will be purchasing more ABS filament from Sainsmart in the future. The main perk I enjoyed was the free shipping. The website I was instructed to buy from originally would have charged me shipping costs equal if not more than the plastic filament itself."

"You were unable to deliver product. I was able to receive part of the order that came to my physical address. The other half of the order continued to be delivered to the local post office. I tried to explain this problem to you many time and you did not understand the problem. so I don't want do it again. Needless to say the local post office did not deliver it to me as I do not receive mail in this way. UPS normally delivers to my home (physical address) but for some reason they delivered to local post office. I never received package. "

"We ordered via the internet on Nov. 30th 2014 and payed the amount of US-$36.42 at the same time via Paypal hoping to have the item delivered to our hotel in Chicago, the Millenium Knickerbocker Hotel until Friday, Dec. 5th 2014, the day of our departure. We never received an order confirmation nor did the item arrive on time. In the meantime we ordered the item again via amazon and received it within two days."

It generally takes about 10-20 business days for cross-border transaction. Sometimes weather or transportation can impact the delivery.
