"I've discovered that the driver board's heatsink has shorted with another component that's too high and difficult to avoid . It's hard to understand how you qc hasn't noticed. Offering insulative adhesive pads might offer some protection. The replacement board was replaced no charge to ease the inconvenience. Thanks. "
