"I ordered this part as I needed it for a service call that was scheduled for my dryer. It took me forever to get someone to come out, and now I will have to reschedule. I will have to go without a dryer for an even longer period. I am not comfortable going to a laundromat during a pandemic. This is a more than a small inconvenience.
I paid for my original order via PayPal. I waited for some confirmation of shipping and never received one, so I checked my order status only to find out the order had been cancelled. When I asked why it had been cancelled, I was told "Your order has been cancelled since PayPal Charge got failed." There is no reason it should have failed on my end, but things happen and I understand that. However, I should have been notified since the order had already been confirmed. I was told I needed to order it again. At this point, it is unlikely it will arrive in time for my service call. Additionally, I cannot understand why shipping & handling is nearly as much as the part itself. Over $60 is extravagant for this item. When you choose shipping it shows $13 as the price. Why do you need more than $40 in handling costs? I'm so upset that I have to have this part for my dryer to work properly. If I had a choice, I would not be purchasing this from you. It definitely impacts my opinion of Samsung and my willingness to purchase other Samsung appliances. "

My Ice Maker has a new problem.
In calling in and asking about another issue with the same area of my Refrigerator, the customer service agent reminded me that the warranty is for one year and mine was no longer in warranty.
Samsung would not be doing anything for me.
