"this is the 2nd time this same shelf has broke. This fridge is 2 years old. I usually have my refrigerator 15 years and have never had a shelf of door bin break. Also to note I've never paid $3000 for a fridge. My last $800 one, like I've already said lasted 15 years, no broken parts"

Six Month Wait to Be Told the Correct Item to be Bought *shrug*

"I needed screws because the 2 at the bottom of my laptop had disappeared (I don't know how either) so after chatting with a Samsung helper who redirected me to the Samsung parts, I communicated with the research team, going back and forth on where on my laptop I needed screws. My last communication with the research team, in January was: "Thanks for the information about which screws you're missing for your laptop, we'll get back to you", and then they never responded. To be fair, waiting for a response, I forgot to follow up too. Come July, my laptop is cracking and pulling apart. After emailing for a response, I finally got told which screws to buy. Let's just hope they're the right one. "

"I chose standard shipping $11.00 but was initially charged $55. I had to return to the shipping page. Standard shipping was selected. I had to select another option then select standard shipping. I did not like creating an account nor saving my information. I would rather checkout as a guest. "

"Samsung is unable to provide repair service for in warranty dishwasher due to no service technicians available for the Long Beach, WA area. I am forced to purchase the water vane drive motor and install it myself. The resolution offered was to provide credit for the purchase of a new unit. A waste of an otherwise good unit and an additional burden to the environment.

"I hate an idea of creating and account and leave my cc for just one time purchase . The interface is very clumsy and outdated. Had to go through steps twice as the first time a wrong shipping method been applied. Overall horrible. Hope I do not have to do it again. "

"It's very upsetting when you take the time to contact a customer rep to get consultation on a part that you need to get your equipment working and they forget to explain you need to additional part. I was not aware that my model tv requires two separate parts."
