Site is hard to navigate. I will never buy another Samsung product. Every Samsung item I have purchased has had issues (2 Tvs, Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator and Stove). Was told they wouldn't order one for me since the dishwasher was delivered more than 30 days ago even though it was only installed recently. Connected me to the parts department where I waited for an hour. Finally got someone on the chat function. Still am not sure if I have all the parts I need to install the kickplate.
