Unavailable and rude

"I can not leave a message on the SamsungParts.com website, shows an error "Transaction Failed" with "Mailbox Full".
Called the service number, woman called at 3:57 EST, but was unable to understand why my order was lost or cancelled, was unable to to understand that I wanted both a printed manual and an electronic copy. She stated abruptly that she was "uncomfortable with the phone call" and hung up after asking for a manager. It's ashame, because I wasn't upset, I was just trying to get both a printed and an electronic copy. That said, if the website would allow you to order both, I wouldn't have called. I feel she was rude to hang up like that, I feel I need to share this experience on social media, Samsung, and BBB.
